Buy your belt with confidence. If it isn't right, our return promise is simple: free returns within 30 days.

1. Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

2. Eligibility & condition

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all plates, straps, and packaging included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Fully custom belts made to your personal artwork or specifications are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Free return shipping

Returns are free. A prepaid return label is included in the packaging of every order — just attach it and drop the parcel with the carrier. [TO CONFIRM: prepaid-label-in-every-box is the default policy — please confirm.]

No restocking fee is charged on eligible returns.

4. How to start a return

  1. Call or text +1 929-301-8260 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Pack the belt in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and ship it back.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for damaged products (damaged on arrival). If a non-damaged item isn't right for you, return it for a refund and place a new order — this gets the right belt to you fastest.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Report damage, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos to +1 929-301-8260. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping — you will not pay for our mistakes.

7. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected (typically 5–10 business days after we receive it). Your bank or card issuer may take additional statement cycles to post the credit.

8. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
