These terms govern your use of the Champion Belt online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products & pricing

We work to keep product information, specifications, and pricing accurate. If an error occurs (for example, an incorrect price), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Product images are representative; minor cosmetic variations may occur.

2. Tribute designs

League-inspired belts in our catalog are tribute designs. They are not officially licensed by, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WWE, or any other league or organization.

3. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues, with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never handle your raw card details. Orders are charged when placed.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Champion Belt or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
